Introduction
Why this site? The reason is twofold really: 1) mostly friends and family watch this to see what I am up to. And 2) As an ego-trip for myself. I love to watch the images and go on daydreams down memory lane.
Born on March 15, 1978 in the Netherlands, I grew up near the city of Utrecht. Later on in my life I lived in San Francisco for a year, and most recently in London, UK. I pay for my hobbies by working as an IT Specialist for Big Blue.

Returned from the flying week in Austria with Maurik Paragliding. It was pissing with rain the first few days, but improved the last two. Managed to make 8 flights. Maybe even better was to see my flying friends again for the first time in months and met some great new people. I need 8 more flights to get the second-stage-license, which I expect to complete in september.
